Proud to announce that I am starting my own immigration law firm, Daniel L Carpenter Law LLC, effective August 17, 2026.
After close to a decade of practice, I decided it was time to take the leap and start my own solo practice. I'm grateful for all the opportunities along the way, and for the clients and colleagues who shaped how I think about this work. That experience solidified my decision to serve clients in a different way: direct access to me, and an honest read on where a case actually stands.
I'm looking forward to serving companies that hire foreign talent, as well as the people they hire.
