Daniel Carpenter

Daniel Carpenter is the founder of Daniel L Carpenter Law LLC, a solo practice in Kingston, Massachusetts, focused on employment-based U.S. immigration. He has practiced immigration law since 2016.

His work covers the employment-based spectrum: H-1B, L-1, O-1A, O-1B, TN, E-1, E-2, E-3, and H-1B1 petitions for temporary work; PERM labor certification and EB-2, EB-3, EB-1B, and EB-1C immigrant petitions for permanent residence; EB-1A and national interest waiver cases; naturalization and citizenship; and responses to requests for evidence at every stage. He works with companies building sponsorship programs from scratch, universities and research institutions recruiting internationally, employers whose immigration needs have outgrown an ad hoc process, and individuals pursuing self-petitioned categories.

Daniel is a U.S. Air Force veteran. His service abroad, and his marriage to an immigrant, shaped how he understands what is at stake in these cases: the deadlines that don't move, the status gaps that upend a career, the difference between a filing that anticipates the adjudicator's question and one that answers it late.

Daniel earned his Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School and is admitted to practice in Massachusetts. Because practice before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and the Department of Labor is federal, he represents clients located throughout the United States and abroad.
